At Art of Eight, you can expect a structured, high-energy class led by experienced trainers. Whether you’re training in Muay Thai, BJJ, or MMA, each session is designed to build your skills, improve your fitness, and keep you motivated. You’ll work on technique, drills, and conditioning, all while receiving individual attention to help you grow. Expect a supportive, welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to progress at their own pace, no matter their skill level.
Bring comfortable, breathable workout clothes and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session. For Muay Thai and MMA, hand wraps and gloves are recommended, and for BJJ, a GI (if you’re attending a GI class) or comfortable athletic wear for No-GI is required. Don’t forget a towel to wipe off sweat.
We have equipment available for purchase, including gloves, wraps, and training gear. If you’re new and don’t have your own gear yet, we also offer some items to borrow for your first few classes. Once you’re ready to commit, we can help you get the right equipment.
All levels of experience and fitness are welcome! Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, we’ve got you covered. Our trainers will work with you to ensure you’re progressing at a comfortable and challenging pace. Each class is structured so you can learn at your level while pushing yourself to improve.
We offer a free trial class for new members to get a feel for what we offer. If you’re new to Muay Thai or BJJ, we recommend starting with a General Muay Thai or BJJ (No-GI) class, as these are perfect for beginners. You can also chat with one of our trainers to find the best class that matches your goals and experience.
