What is Muay Thai?

Known as the art of eight limbs, Muay Thai is a centuries-old martial art from Thailand that uses fists, elbows, knees, and shins for striking and defence. It’s as much about discipline and respect as it is about technique and strength.

At Art of Eight, we teach authentic Muay Thai training that blends fitness with culture. Our experienced coaches guide you through correct boxing technique, clinch work, and pad work to help you build power, coordination, and endurance – all within a supportive environment that welcomes beginners and seasoned fighters alike.

Each Muay Thai class includes guided training sessions with a coach by your side. You’ll use gloves, hand wraps, and shin guards, all while improving balance, strength, and coordination. Whether your goal is fitness, self-defence, or personal growth, we’ll help you find your rhythm.

Our classes cater to all fitness levels and are the perfect way to start your fitness journey.

Muay Thai Advanced Classes

For those ready to take their Muay Thai training to the next level, our advanced classes focus on refining technique and enhancing fight IQ. You’ll work on combinations, ring awareness, and advanced clinch work, while developing mental toughness and conditioning through intense pad work and partner drills.

Our experienced coaches and passionate trainers have trained and fought in Thailand and bring years of practical knowledge to each class. Whether you’re looking to compete, sharpen your skills, or elevate your performance, our advanced sessions will challenge and inspire you.
