The Art ofEight Limbs

Muay Thai is a combat sport originating from Thailand that uses stand-up striking and grappling techniques, referred to as “the art of eight limbs” for its combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.

At Art of Eight, we strive to bring our members the best possible experience and value for money by providing top class trainers, new and modern facilities, and an excellent supportive team atmosphere.
